This vegan fitness and activity week in Playa Del Carmen Mexico will take you away from the routine and stresses of everyday life, you’ll be looked after by a specialist vegan personal trainer and vegan health coach from the moment you land until the moment you leave.

You’ll have all your health and fitness needs taken care of and because we understand that everybody comes for a different reason whether it’s fitness or feel-good relaxation, all the training sessions are optional. Depending on your personal fitness goals you’ll be advised on how many sessions to do to help you achieve them.

You’ll be flying into Cancun International airport where all the vegan adventures begin! The coastal town of Playa Del Carmen which will be your base for the next week is known for its palm-lined beaches, coral reefs, and rapidly expanding vegan scene, you’re going to love it!
Once you arrive at the apartment you can settle in, relax, take a dip in the pool or have a stroll around the area before we have our first dinner together tonight to get to know one another and then usually an early night before an early wake up for day two when things really get going.
We start off nice and early this morning with a healthy vegan breakfast to set us up for the day, next is your welcome talk, where we’ll go through everything involved in the week and answer any questions. It’s then straight into a variety of fitness sessions through to lunch where you’ll be served something light and healthy.
Throughout the week we have approximately 15 fitness classes, with elements of cardio, resistance, core and stretch. Each day will be set by our vegan personal trainer.
The afternoon is then yours to relax; chill by the pool, head to the beach, take a walk into town, or just find a nice spot for some afternoon reading. We’ll finish the day with a gentle relaxation/stretch class like pilates or yoga before a well-deserved evening meal, a full day of feel-good exercise, and a perfect balance of rest and relaxation done!
Today will be similar to day 2 and in the evening we’ll have another delicious vegan dinner, a great way to finish off the day!
Just 15 km from Playa Del Carmen, there’s a unique place where the jungle reaches the ocean with over 30 km of mountain biking trails with different technical levels. This is a non for profit organization specially designed, built, and maintained by local Mountain bike riders, entrance fees and money generated by bike rentals go back to the maintenance and conservation of the land.
You’ll get to bike through the jungle this morning with your new vegan fitness week friends, on your way around keep an eye out for crocodiles, coatis, wild boar, spider monkey, and much more!
This morning we’re heading to the beach for fitness classes with an ocean view!
Today we’ll be incorporating high-intensity interval training in a session that focuses on aspects of fitness such as endurance and core reinforcement. The session includes functional movements using bodyweight exercises and compound movements with light to moderate weight to improve agility, endurance, strength, and core.
You’ll be ready for a well-deserved swim in the sea after this session!
Experience the Caribbean Sea the best way possible; floating on a paddle-board toward the rising sun!
If you’ve never done standup paddleboarding before, you’ll receive a basic intro that takes about 5 – 10 minutes to help you get started, it’s pretty easy to learn the basics and our local guide will make sure you’re safe while in the water.
We’ll finish today with some high-intensity workouts before our last dinner together as a group.
Time to leave – the group transfer will take you to Cancun airport where you will head home after an amazing week!
