This vegan fitness week in Tulum Mexico will take you away from the routine and stresses of everyday life, you’ll be looked after by a team of specialist trainers and wellness professionals from the moment you land until the moment you leave.

Stay in a beautiful beach front hotel in Tulum and be part of  a friendly and fun small group of likeminded women, single female vegan travellers are especially welcome. 

A wonderful local Mexican chef will prepare all of your meals throughout the week, providing delicious vegan meals especially created for you helping to keep your energy levels and spirits high, all you just have to do is enjoy the tropical balmy breeze!

You’ll have all your health and fitness needs taken care of and because we understand that everybody comes for a different reason whether it’s fitness or feel-good-relaxation, all the training sessions are optional. Depending on your personal fitness goals you’ll be advised on how many sessions to do to help you achieve them.

ITINERARY

Day 1Arrival Day Cancun Airport

You’ll be flying into Cancun International airport where the group transfer will be waiting for you to bring you to the hotel in Tulum, a drive of around one and a half hours, it’s holiday time!

Once you arrive at the hotel you can settle in, relax, use any of the fitness equipment or take a stroll around the area.

We’ll have our first dinner together tonight so we can get to know one another and then usually an early night before an early wake up for day two when things really get going.

*You will receive group airport transfer times prior to departure.

Day 2Tulum

We start off nice and early this morning with a group walk along the beach before breakfast to feel that beautiful early morning sunshine. Once we finish our walk it will be time for a healthy breakfast to set us up for the day.

Next is your welcome talk, where we’ll go through everything involved in the week and answer any questions. It’s then straight into a variety of fitness sessions where you’ll be served something light and healthy.

Throughout the week we have approximately 15 fitness classes, with elements of cardio, resistance, core and stretch. Each day will be set by our fitness experts, day three to six is a suggested itinerary.

The afternoon is then yours to relax; chill by the pool, head to the beach, take a walk into town, or just find a nice spot for some afternoon reading. We’ll finish the day with a high intensity session followed by a gentle relaxation/stretch class like pilates or yoga before a well deserved evening meal made by our in house chef.

A full day of feel good exercise and perfect balance of rest and relaxation done!

Day 3Tulum

Today will be similar to day 2 and in the evening we’ll have another delicious vegan dinner, a great way to finish off the day!

Day 4Tulum

Morning sessions similar to the previous days and in the afternoon you could opt to have your included massage!

Day 5Tulum

Today we’re going out to explore Tulum! After an early morning walk on the beach we’ll head off to see some of the local sites and this evening we’ll be having dinner in town in a wonderful vegan restaurant.

Day 6Tulum

This is the last full day of fitness so lots of sessions in todays schedule – but it will be worth it tomorrow!

Our last group dinner to enjoy this evening!

Day 7Departure Day Cancun Airport

Time to leave – the group transfer will take you to Cancun airport where you will head home after an amazing week!

This is not the end of your journey, as we will hopefully we’ll meet again one another Vegan Adventure Holidays trip in Guatemala, Belize, Costa Rica, Mexico, the U.K or Austria!

HOW DO I MAKE MY BOOKING?

When you’re ready to secure your spot on the trip just go to the top right of the trip page and:

1: Click on the booking tab
2: Choose the number of people and click on the proceed button
3: Fill in the traveller contact and payment details then choose whether you want to pay the 15% deposit or the full amount
4: Click on the next step button to process the payment
5: That’s it, you’re booked on the trip!

WHAT'S THE DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO SECURE THIS TRIP?

The deposit is 15% of the trip price.

WILL I BE SHARING A ROOM?

Yes, all trip prices are based on two people sharing so you’ll be paired up with another member of the group of the same sex for the duration of the trip. If you’re a single traveller and would like your own room the price of the trip will be £899, please note that since rooms are very limited and you’ll need to contact hello@veganadventureholidays.com before making your reservation.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM GROUP SIZE?

The maximum group size is 12 people.

For this week we’ll be staying at a beautiful, traditional Portuguese villa with a swimming pool and plenty of space not only to do the daily workouts but also to relax.

WHO IS THIS TRIP FOR?

Men and women looking to feel great in a friendly and fun vegan environment. You do not have to be vegan to participate, everyone is welcome on a Vegan Adventure Holidays tour, we just ask that you come with an open mind, sense of adventure and for the duration of the trip do not consume and animal products.

ARE MEALS INCLUDED AND WHAT TYPE OF FOOD WILL WE BE EATING?

Yes, breakfast, lunch and dinner are included, all meals are plant-based and 100% vegan, you’ll be eating tasty, healthy whole foods.

WHO IS A TYPICAL VEGAN ADVENTURE HOLIDAYS CLIENT?

Anyone is welcome but we typically cater for vegan travellers and busy working professionals with limited time — think healthy, fun adventures for grown-ups!
