This vegan fitness week in Tulum Mexico will take you away from the routine and stresses of everyday life, you’ll be looked after by a team of specialist trainers and wellness professionals from the moment you land until the moment you leave.
Stay in a beautiful beach front hotel in Tulum and be part of a friendly and fun small group of likeminded women, single female vegan travellers are especially welcome.
A wonderful local Mexican chef will prepare all of your meals throughout the week, providing delicious vegan meals especially created for you helping to keep your energy levels and spirits high, all you just have to do is enjoy the tropical balmy breeze!

You’ll have all your health and fitness needs taken care of and because we understand that everybody comes for a different reason whether it’s fitness or feel-good-relaxation, all the training sessions are optional. Depending on your personal fitness goals you’ll be advised on how many sessions to do to help you achieve them.

You’ll be flying into Cancun International airport where the group transfer will be waiting for you to bring you to the hotel in Tulum, a drive of around one and a half hours, it’s holiday time!
Once you arrive at the hotel you can settle in, relax, use any of the fitness equipment or take a stroll around the area.
We’ll have our first dinner together tonight so we can get to know one another and then usually an early night before an early wake up for day two when things really get going.
*You will receive group airport transfer times prior to departure.
We start off nice and early this morning with a group walk along the beach before breakfast to feel that beautiful early morning sunshine. Once we finish our walk it will be time for a healthy breakfast to set us up for the day.
Next is your welcome talk, where we’ll go through everything involved in the week and answer any questions. It’s then straight into a variety of fitness sessions where you’ll be served something light and healthy.
Throughout the week we have approximately 15 fitness classes, with elements of cardio, resistance, core and stretch. Each day will be set by our fitness experts, day three to six is a suggested itinerary.
The afternoon is then yours to relax; chill by the pool, head to the beach, take a walk into town, or just find a nice spot for some afternoon reading. We’ll finish the day with a high intensity session followed by a gentle relaxation/stretch class like pilates or yoga before a well deserved evening meal made by our in house chef.
A full day of feel good exercise and perfect balance of rest and relaxation done!
Today will be similar to day 2 and in the evening we’ll have another delicious vegan dinner, a great way to finish off the day!
Morning sessions similar to the previous days and in the afternoon you could opt to have your included massage!
Today we’re going out to explore Tulum! After an early morning walk on the beach we’ll head off to see some of the local sites and this evening we’ll be having dinner in town in a wonderful vegan restaurant.
This is the last full day of fitness so lots of sessions in todays schedule – but it will be worth it tomorrow!

Time to leave – the group transfer will take you to Cancun airport where you will head home after an amazing week!
